Pop-Up Sales
All pop-up food sales are final. Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or served.
Catering & Private Events
Catering services are booked by inquiry and confirmation. Specific payment terms, deposits, and cancellation timelines will be communicated and agreed upon directly at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies for catering events vary depending on event size, timing, and preparation requirements. Any applicable cancellation deadlines and fees will be clearly outlined in your catering agreement or confirmation message.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
For outdoor events or pop-ups, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require changes or cancellations. In such cases, we will communicate options as clearly and promptly as possible.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at a confirmed catering event or scheduled service time may result in forfeiture of any deposit or payment, as outlined in the agreed-upon terms.
